Privacy Notice

Last updated: June 6, 2026

This storefront notice explains how Pharmtrue handles customer information for our website, online pickup requests, customer-service updates, label lookup, and order-status messages.

Customer storefront

What This Covers

This notice covers Pharmtrue customer-facing digital services, including the online menu and order-ahead pickup flow. It explains the customer data used to receive pickup requests, send service messages, match an order to the right person, and support final in-store verification.

This notice does not replace any pharmacy, cannabis-compliance, employment, patient, or vendor notice that may apply in a separate context.

Information We Collect For Online Pickup

When you place an online pickup request, we may collect:

Order-ahead is not final checkout.

Physical ID, eligibility, purchase limits, live shelf availability, and final in-store price are verified at pickup before payment.

How We Use Customer Information

We use customer information to:

Marketing Updates And Consent

Order updates are service messages related to your pickup request. Marketing updates are separate and optional.

We do not treat placing an order as automatic consent to marketing messages. If a signup or consent option is offered, it should be presented separately from order-service communication.

Sharing And Service Providers

We may share information only as needed with:

Pharmtrue does not sell customer personal information.

Age, ID, And Final Verification

Some Pharmtrue products and services are age-restricted or eligibility-restricted. Online pickup requests help staff prepare, but they do not guarantee final sale, final price, inventory hold, eligibility, or product availability.

Customers must complete applicable in-store verification before payment or pickup. Staff may cancel, update, or refuse an order when required by availability, eligibility, legal, safety, or operational requirements.

Retention And Deletion

We retain order, communication, audit, security, and compliance records for as long as needed for business operations, legal requirements, audit needs, dispute resolution, system integrity, or required recordkeeping.

When information is no longer needed, Pharmtrue may delete it, de-identify it, archive it under restricted access, or dispose of it according to approved retention and disposal practices.

Security

We use role-based access controls, encrypted transport, hosted application controls, audit logging, and internal handling rules to protect sensitive information. No website or app can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to limit access to people and systems with a real operational need.

Internal business finance only

Business Financial Account Connections

This section is not about online pickup customers. Pharmtrue may use Plaid or similar secure financial-data providers to connect authorized Pharmtrue business bank accounts for internal finance operations, such as balance visibility, cash-drop reconciliation, accounting comparison, and audit support.

Business finance data is not used for customer marketing, customer profiling, or unrelated customer outreach, and customer pickup orders do not require customers to connect bank accounts.
